Consult and Design
Concept Design Review – P&ID review with our Process Engineers and with the client. 3D Modelling & Design, with Structural Engineering Analysis
Initial Phase
VTOP structure and document submission schedule is finalized. Long Lead Components are identified, data sheets/specifications submitted & approved. Piping ISO’s, c/w weld map information and heat numbers are documented.
Execution Phase 1
We have Orbital and TIG Welding Capability for ASME (¼” up to 4”), DIN & ISO tube specifications. Our weld procedures are for 304L, 316L, C22 (Hastelloy) & AL-6XN. The Alignment of our jumpers are guaranteed to be within the ASME BPE tolerances.
Execution Phase 2
The Surface finish is up to ASME standard SF4 for tubing and fittings. The external surface and welds are certified to the clients Ra requirements to suit their application.
Execution Phase 3
Cleaning, Degreasing, Passivating, Electropolishing and Drying all included, and certified. Device Tagging and Panel ID Electro Etching as per the client's specification. Borescope and Radiography weld inspection provided by an independent body.
Testing and Handover
FAT facility provided, with field conditions replicated for live testing. VTOP provided in hardcopy and electronic format. Field installation and field welding services can be provided. SAT supervision service provided.
